We took these definitions to heart and decoded them into a brand with a bold visual identity and colour palette, that would make the start-up Personal Training company IloFit stand out in its own industry. IloFit was a full-service project, meaning that we provided branding, design and marketing strategies from A-Z.
From the fun and quirky photography, big type and website, catchy productisation, all the way to its social media strategies, IloFit was a project that we simply loved.

HOW DOES IT WORK?
1. Pre-Production
We’ll work with you to create a monthly content calendar and assist with all aspects of pre-production, including brainstorming, scriptwriting, and other creative processes. As the client, you have the flexibility to choose your level of involvement be as hands on or hands-off as you prefer. The more your team handles in pre-production, the more our team can dedicate time to production and post-production, allowing us to deliver even more finished content each month.
Post-Production
Once production wraps, our team dives into editing, refining, and enhancing your content. This includes everything from cutting and assembling footage to color grading, sound design, and adding any necessary graphics or effects. Our goal is to craft high-quality, polished pieces that align with your vision and strategy.
2. Production
During the production phase, we bring your ideas to life in our fully equipped studio. Whether it’s a photoshoot, video shoot, or both, our team ensures everything runs smoothly and efficiently. You can choose to be actively involved during the shoot or trust us to handle everything on your behalf.
Amendments
We aim to get it right the first time. Having said, we offer unlimited amendments, giving you complete peace of mind. Whether it’s tweaking the visuals, adjusting audio levels, or modifying text, we’ll work with you until you’re fully satisfied with the final result. Our process is designed to be collaborative, allowing you to refine the content as much as necessary to meet your expectations and deliver the impact you’re aiming for.

How fast will I receive my videos back?On average, post production only will take 3 days and videos that include shooting around 5. It could take a day or 2 longer if it's a more complex request.

How does onboarding work?We will have a short onboarding call to make sure everything is clear. Then we will add you to your very own Trello board. Once you accept the invite to Trello, you're ready to start requesting! Further instructions on how to use the Trello board to request designs can be found on the board itself. We made sure the entire process is fast, easy and frictionless.

Is there a limit to how many requests I can make?Once subscribed, you're able to add as many video requests to your queue as you'd like, and they will be delivered one or two at a time (depending on the plan you're on).

How does the pause feature work?We understand you may not have enough video requests work to fill up entire month. Perhaps you only have one or two requests at the moment. Or if you're going on holiday. That's where pausing your subscription comes in handy. Billing cycles are based on 30 day period. Let's say you sign up and use the service for 21 days, and then decide to pause your subscription. This means that the billing cycle will be paused and you'll have 10 days of service remaining to be used anytime in the future.

Are there any additional costs?The only time there will be additional costs is if you need models or talent which we can help you source as we have a network of talent. Or if you want the shoot take place outside of our studio where we may need to pay for the location.

How do I brief you on a new video project?We offer a guide on the information we need but it is flexible. For instance if you prefer to record a loom video to explain or attach a document on Trello then that works too!

What if I don't like one of the videos?You have unlimited revisions! Tell us what you would like changed and we will work on it until you are a 100% satisfied.

Are there any requests you don't support?We don't do 3D animation under the unlimited content plans. Otherwise all good!

Can I do just one month?For sure. Whether you need us for a month or a year, the choice is yours. Just feel free to come back when you have additional video content needs.
