On average, post production only will take 3 days and videos that include shooting around 5. It could take a day or 2 longer if it's a more complex request.

We will have a short onboarding call to make sure everything is clear. Then we will add you to your very own Trello board. Once you accept the invite to Trello, you're ready to start requesting!

Further instructions on how to use the Trello board to request designs can be found on the board itself. We made sure the entire process is fast, easy and frictionless.

Once subscribed, you're able to add as many video requests to your queue as you'd like, and they will be delivered one or two at a time (depending on the plan you're on).

We understand you may not have enough video requests work to fill up entire month. Perhaps you only have one or two requests at the moment. Or if you're going on holiday. That's where pausing your subscription comes in handy. Billing cycles are based on 30 day period. Let's say you sign up and use the service for 21 days, and then decide to pause your subscription. This means that the billing cycle will be paused and you'll have 10 days of service remaining to be used anytime in the future.

The only time there will be additional costs is if you need models or talent which we can help you source as we have a network of talent. Or if you want the shoot take place outside of our studio where we may need to pay for the location.

We offer a guide on the information we need but it is flexible. For instance if you prefer to record a loom video to explain or attach a document on Trello then that works too!

You have unlimited revisions! Tell us what you would like changed and we will work on it until you are a 100% satisfied.

We don't do 3D animation under the unlimited content plans. Otherwise all good!
